What We Look For Expect

So you think you are talented? The world is full of talented people.  Are you passionate?  Yep, the world is full of those folks, too. But are you bothMore importantly, are you a real person, and not some wunderkind who is full of themselves? Do you want to keep learning, exploring new ideas, while sharing your experiences and knowledge with others? Does our culture vibe with you? If so, read on ...

Incursus employs a pretty incredible team of artists, designers, code mongers, data phreaks, and system engineers.  To be completely candid, most of the candidates that will apply for a position with us won't make the cut. Not because they aren't experienced, or passionate, or wired the right way upstairs. But because they aren't all three.

If the above intrigues you .... no, if the above gets you truly excited, then we want to talk to you.

  Where Are The Job Postings?

We generally don't post "open positions" on our web site. Instead, we seek out the rare ones. The diamonds in the rough. The good eggs. We figure out how to make it work from there. In general, though, we are always seeking to add teammates that like to wear multiple hats (creative, coding, devops), are creative, and passionate to a fault at times.

If you can sell ice cubes to an Eskimo, that's great, but not important.  We want a sales staff that can sell the story and the vision — those who understand that our culture is what separates us from the rest.

  Advice to Job Seekers

When completing the form below to contact us, here's a bit of guidance for you. Be creative. Be thorough. But be yourself. Things we love to see are links to online design portfolios, link to your GitHub account, etc. We love it when people show what they are capable of, rather than just yap on about it! We really don't care about your resume/CV, or where you went to school, or even if you went to school. We care about what you can do, not where you've been (or how you got there).

Should We Talk?

You know ... what they call you.
Where people send you stuff.
Feel free to attach something to this message. A personal one-pager, sample code, sample artwork, whatever. Anything but a resume. Resumes are so ... blech!
